Hi,

I have a problem which is a little weird. I am trying to connect my
bluetooth phone to my PC (either my desktop with usb dongle or my
laptop)

I have the same problem on both systems, basically the phone seems to
be able to talk fine to the pcs but the pc's cant talk to the phone.
It syncs fine (providing I search from the phone) and I can send file
from the phone to the pc's

The phone is set to be always on for bluetooth and discoverable. I
believe that the phone should request authorisation from me when I
access it from the pc, except when I set the pc I have paired to not
require it. However, it seems the pc's are just not talking to the
bluetooth device, its almost as if I am waiting for the device to
request authorisation, but its not happening for some reason.

I have done a master reset, and have done the online firmware upgrade.
But nothing seems to work.

If anybody knows what I may be doing wrong I would be very grateful.

Thanks

Craig

Phone model?
PC model / OS ?
Bluetooth product on PC?
Which suite for this Bluetooth device?
Sync software?

Come with more details, than we might be able to help you.
