I am setting up a SSD on HPT RAID 0

That'll be one sweet 1GB (base2) HDD! How much are the DiskonModule units? I imagine you will see read speeds of ~8MB/s and write speeds of ~5MB/s in 4-way RAID 0 due to the relatively slow speed of FlashRAM.

Bad guess on speeds.

These have 6ns 128mb x2 hynix chips

I expect these to go for under 200 each, larger sizes available soon.

These are rated at 21mb per sec with very high random read/write. Im still waiting for my 4 channel raid controller. If you will notice in the pictures these plug directly into the mobo or controller. gotta love the <1ms access time.
