2 quick questions:

1) Are ringtone royalties payable for ringtones provided in keypress
format?
2) Is there any way of getting out of paying royalties, maybe setting
up shop in Russia or somewhere?

Russia ? Brrrrr ... cold.

How about Hawaii ? A much better place for your business.

Interested in the royalty idea ... you should also consider the implications
of copyrights and if your website allows a user to have a sneak preview of
the tone ... you may need a public broadcast licence.
