GAIT IIF including Subscriber Profile

I am investigating a prepaid roaming implementation that will support
dual mode handsets on an ANSI-41 and GSM network (single instance of
each). I am looking for a GAIT IIF that converts ANSI-41 MAP to GSM MAP
including subscriber profile information (which is information not
defined in J-STD-038 Rev B). I do no need any CAP manipulation just MAP
the ability to convert TriggerAddrList to TDP (at a high level). Once
the subscriber has registered and triggers are populated into the
visited MSC/VLR all IN processing will remain within the visited network.

Before anyone suggests the obvious I have already been down the
dual-mode HLR (expense) and Hotline (only in ANSI-41) and USSD (only in
GSM) scenarios, they are not acceptable.

None of the obvious "telecom suppliers" choices appear to support this
functionality. Apparently Xius and Phonedo play in this space any insights ?

Has anyone run across any such equipment (or anything even close) ?
