Hi

I have just bought a USB dongle to use with my BT-200 headset. It is
from CNet, some taiwanese brand i guess, and came with the BlueSoleil
software. I run on XP SP2. Unfortunately it doesn't see the headset. I
checked with BlueSoleil and according to their website they should
support the BT-200 headset. Anyone use the same combination of products
or know of any suggestion on how to troubleshoot something like this?

Best regards,

I have an MSI 6968 BT Dongle and it detects both my headsets which is an Itech BlueBand and the Jabra BT 250. It should detect it. You should pair the deivce first. Get the device into pairing mode and then hit the Orange Circle on the BlueSoleil software. Hope that helps.
