PC 2 PC Internet with Bluetooth

I wonder if anyone can help me.
I'm trying to setup a small network between two PC's through Bluetooth.
The reason for this is that one computer has boardband internet and I
would like to other computer to share this internet connection.
However, I can pair the 2 devices and get a network connection. But
I don't know how to share the internet on the other computer. Nor do i
know how to access any files on the computer. All i have in a network
connection but don't know how to access either computer from the other.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Both use windows XP home and the host uses AOL internet.
