Tildak, I'll answer in English - though I can read Italian I'm not that good
at writing (unless you can understand Portuguese or French).

Are you using the software that comes with the original CD or is this an
updated version?

Have you checked SURECOM's website for an updated driver or for a form where
you can enter the MAC address of your Bluetooth dongle and receive the
required access code?
