Very new to BT, just got the phone and headset.
I can't pair them up together, get the "no bluetooth drvices found. Try
again?" message. I've gone through the setup by the letter
Any known problems?
Any advice would be great

Incase anyone else has this problem, you have to hold down the MFB(multi
function button) for 10 seconds to activate 'pairing mode'. Shop rep said
that 99% of the ones slod come back with this problem. It mentions no where
in the instructions about the 10 second thing.
