Tecra 8000 mpeg2 module breakout cable

I've recently bought a Tecra 8000 with the hardware mpeg decoder
installed but it didn't come with the audio/video breakout cable (or
breakout box?) and I can't seem to find one anywhere. Would someone
know the pinout of the 8-pin mini DIN connector on the mpeg module so
I can build my own breakout box?

Although it's the same type of plug I don't know if it has the same
pinout. Isn't there supposed to be a digital audio out somewhere on
the Tecras breakout box?

I'l test it with the AIW config for now...
