I've created & formatted 4 partitions(30GB). I installed Win98 on Primary Partition(C drive). And I've been trying to install Win2000 on D drive. But it can't finish setup. The error message was " Stop: Inaccessible_Boot_Device".

i think you are probably connected to the ata 100 connector on the mobo. the trouble is, windows will view this connector as a device that needs a driver loaded before it can use it. here's how i would solve this (for whatever thats worth): connect the harddisk to the ata 66 connector, load win2k, after installation then load the ata 100 promise drivers, switch the hdd to the ata 100 connector.......

ignore everything i say

Here's some crap. Might help, might not....

SYMPTOMS
========

If you start your computer using a Windows 2000 CD-ROM to install Windows and
you have installed a HighPoint UltraDMA ATA/66 hard disk controller, the
computer may stop responding (hang) while the following information is
displayed:

Loading Machine Information.

You cannot press F6 to install a secondary controller driver.

If you upgrade from Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 95/98, you may receive the
following error message:

Stop 0x0000007b INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

CAUSE
=====

This issue occurs because there is not a Windows 2000 compatible driver for the
HighPoint UltraDMA ATA/66 hard disk controller.

RESOLUTION
==========

To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:

- Use a low-density data cable.
- Disable ATA/66 support in the computer's BIOS.
- Use a non-ATA/66 hard disk on the computer.

*********ALSO: This can be caused by a boot sector virus.
