Is it possible to set the speed of your RAM to 1600 MHz without overclocking the CPU on an i5 CPU since the mulitplier for the RAM is maxed out at 10? Is it possible to change the BLCK to 160 Mhz and lower the CPU core multiplier independently so that the CPU still runs at stock speed but upping the RAM speed to 1600?
