Conacting Lian Li

I tried to find an email address to contact Lian Li I looked on their website nothing!! I tried their club and could not decypher their graphical characters on the registeration page and was told I had exceeded my tries, so I came back a hour later same message no more tries. What sort of company is this?
Does anyone know how to contact someone apart by phone, long distance is expensive, Don't they want to hear from their customers? concerned!!!!
