I'm getting an Athlon II X2 250 CPU, GA-MA770T-UD3P motherboard, along with 4GB DDR3-1333 RAM. The AMD website said that this CPU only supports up to DDR3-1066. If I get the DDR3-1333 will my CPU bottleneck it down to DDR3-1066? I'd also like to add that I don't want OC or manually change the speed etc.

Yes, the RAM will be down clocked to DDR3 1066.
