is there a plug in that will make WMP for PPC 2002 uPnP combatible (client)
?if no, then is there a PPC 2002 Media player that work as uPnP client?

The Ipaq Mobile Media Player, part of the Nevo install in rom on rx3000s and
others, is actually an UPnP client.

I have used it with the on2share wmp10 plugin okay and the standard Nevo
server, but it would not talk to TwonkyVision correctly when pulling a
list.

Of course that is WM2003, you asked for 2002

There is UPnP remote software that will let you control servers so equipped,
but not a streaming client per se.

You can also check out Intel's UPnP SDK toolsets if you have not done so
already, some of which have PPC test executables as a starting point.
