I have an O2 XDA11 and I'm having trouble playing the MP4
files on my pc (xp pro). it keeps comming up with an error
saying that windows media player doesn't support MP4. can
anyone help?

Hmm. It doesn't support MP4, sorry.
I think pocket TV or better, "Betaplayer" is getting very good
reviews, might be worth looking on their websites to see what's
supported. I plan on grabbing betaplayer real-soon-now to give it a
whirl.

STEP 1: Add File Click "Add File" button on the toolbar or "File > Add File" to load files.
STEP 2: Choose output format Choose the file, click "Profile" drop-down button to choose the formats you need, then click "Browse" button to choose destination folder for saving output files.
Step 3: Convert After choosing the format, you only need to click "start" button on the toolbar to complete the task.
