that power supply is a big issue. i've never even heard of kingwin. you'll definitely want to stick to well-known brands for power supplies such as corsair, OCZ, pc power & cooling, etc. unless of course you don't mind your computer randomly shutting off and the power supply exploding :). i would also suggest you get a 4850 instead of a 9800GTX+, but thats more personal choice than anything. the rest looks fine, but consider dropping the PC8500 ram for PC6400. the non-existent performance increase doesn't justify the cost or the other things that come along with DDR2 1066Mhz ram, like how it has to run at 2.1V instead of the usual 1.8V.

^1+. Nik_I got it right. one thing i would like to say though, i would suggest getting ether the ATI 4870 or the EVGA GTX 260 core 216. they perform about the same, and will both blow the 9800GTX+ out of the water. i have been rather disappointed with the 9800GTX+.

Is there a reason for going SLI instead of crossfire ? Cost/performance of ATI graphics and the intel P45 X38/X48 usually make it a cheaper and more stable choice. Also, replace that Kingwin, just no reason to use a poor power supply when so many others will fit your budget and work better.
