Pretty much flawless in all aspects. However I'd change two things:

Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD6400AAKS 640GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM

ZEROtherm ZEN FZ120 120mm CPU Cooler - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835887016

Also, I'll show my personal favorite thermal compound (better than Arctic Silver 5):

Arctic Silver Ceramique Thermal Compound - OEM

Logitech G11 Silver & Black 104 Normal Keys 29 Function Keys USB Standard Gaming Keyboard - Retail

Depending on your budget you might want to look at these speakers

Logitech Z-5500 THX Certified 5.1 505-watt Dolby Digital & DTS Hardware Decoding Speaker System

Creative GigaWorks ProGamer G550W Wireless 5.1 Speaker System ( 51MF4080AA001 )

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'm going to go with that HDD and thermal compound. The
keyboard and speakers are indeed out of my price range, probably going to just go with something
cheap. By the way is that CPU Cooler compatible with the rest of my stuff?

Take advantage of the combo deal for your CPU that knocks $30 off the price of a Corsair 750 power supply

Your motherboard choice has a combo deal that will knock $35 off the Asus HD4870, making it a $205 purchase after rebate, yes it's an extra $55, but may well be worth it for you.
Getting picky i like this RAM more $63 after rebate, lower latencies and 1.8v stock

and yes that cooler is compatible

Definitely. The cooler was made for LGA775 boards. And I figured as much about the Speakers, but thought maybe you wanted some super nice earth shaking PC speakers :P Here are a few more realistic suggestions:

I own this keyboard and it's pretty good (I love Saitek and Razer products, they are great), it has backlighting even on the letters, which is something not commonly seen.

These are my speakers (Logitech X-530), good quality and are decently loud, but I wish I had the G51 set now... just for the slightly bigger subwoofer (I have a Creative X-Fi XtremeGamer sound card). But these do a decent job, you can still host a party and with correct placement people will be amazed at how loud they can be.

Logitech X-530 70 watts RMS 5.1 Black Speaker System - OEM

Logitech G51 155 watts RMS 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers - Retail

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 12&Tpk=G51

If you're on a budget you can't beat those X-530 (Experience speaking here), however if you can do $130, I recommend the G51 set instead.

Do you think I need the extra 150W because even with the combo it still ups the price.

Is this better than the ram emp suggested? I can't tell.

Just double checking here but you mean that the cooler emp suggested is compatible right?

Thanks for suggestions guys, keep them coming.

EDIT: By the way I was considering possibly playing around with OCing this, do I currently have enough cooling if I decide to do so?

Sorry to bump this, but I'm probably going to pull the trigger today as I'm currently without a computer and wanted to know if there were any last thoughts.
