Hey, what is the Intel Speedstep Technology TM in the ASUS BIOS, it's described as allowing the CPU to be controlled from the operating system. I am not sure if it should be on or off for tweaking from the BIOS only?

For OCing, turn off SpeedStep until you get everything dialed in.
