In my mind, it kind of spits in the face of the spirit of overclocking to put together a $1000+ system and then try to tweak out 10% more performance, that other than in number, you'll never notice. Take a challenge and buy $300 worth of parts and get $1000+ performance out of them. You know?
And besides that , spending that much money on parts just to turn around and risk their survival is just wasteful. But, not to worry, I'm sure mommy will buy you a new CPU when it frys.
