good psu for my rig??

alright so y'all basically know what the question is, whats a good psu for my rig(computer).
i want a psu that will basically make my rig run great without problems and make my rig get high scores on 3dmark06, oh and a MUST, is that i need at least 650w with 40a on 12v rail.

so here are my system specs:

CPU: amd 3.0ghz athlon 64x2 6000+ running at stock speed(soon to be oc)
GPU: gtx 260 super clocked(core: 602/shader: 1296/memory: 1026) fan at 40%

P.S. i had an xclio 650w http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817189008&Tpk=xclio%20650w but i tested with a psu tester and it was half dead, so im going to return it but i want to get a new psu, and also my 3dmark06 score was horrible, so i was wondering if you guys could help me with that?

Why do you need such a large PSU? The 260 doesn't take 40a. Get a QUALITY 550W+. PCP&C, SeaSonic, Antec, and Corsair would be on my short list. FSP, Tagan, OCZ, can also be considered.
