I know all sticks are good for a fact, i tried each individually and it ran the system, I upgraded to SP1 at the cost of my on board sound driver (now useing vistas generic). There is nothing in my Bios about memory paging, is it just my board is to damn old? Does not matter to much ordered a EVGA 750i should be here in 3-4 days but im a born troubleshooter and need to learn to fix this.

Page file has almost nothing to do with the amount of physical memory installed in the machine. Just that the default setting is roughly 1.5 times the amount of RAM.

What you need to do is check the Bios - There should be a setting that controls Memory Remapping. You may have to check the manual to see what it's called, since sometimes the name may not make sense... But what you want to do is make sure it's turned off.

The other thing to check: If I recall correctly, that motherboard has integrated graphics. Make sure that's turned off as well, since it uses a portion of system RAM as Video Memory.

See does that help.

------------------------------ Which Chip? Well, it depends on which set of thieving b@stardz you choose to support: The ones who use insider trading to enrich themselves while running their company into the ground, or the ones who illegally pay vendors to not support the first group.

On DXdiag it says under the "display" tab that i have 1776mb when i know for a fact it only has 512 on board how would i disable m video card from useing system ram?

The settings to disable your onboard video are in the Bios.

I have it set for strictly PCI-E and still im having the problem, already looked on my MoBo did a second check theirs nothing to do with memory remapping...

The culprit here is the Intel 945 Chipset. There is a newer BIOS version available for this Gateway OEM motherboard:

A newer BIOS *might* free-up an additional 100MB ~ 300MB, but probably won't. In any event, the chipset is hard-limited to 32-bit address space and does not support memory remapping.
