USB problems

hi,
all of a sudden i having few different problems on USB ports

firstable, i use P35 DS3L board with E4400, 3USB ports on front and 6 on the back.
my USB mouse is plugged into front 1st USB port it was working fine but today it didnt work. no Red lazer, no clicking. so i moved it to 2nd USB and its fine.
my flash drives are now unreconized by my computer, which i always plug it on the 3rd USB. its only 3rd that doesnt reconize all my flash drives(i tried 3 different flash drives)
i plugged my flash drive into 1st USB port. and it is working.

1st port doesnt work with only my mouse
2nd port works all the time, (mouse and flash)
3rd port doesnt work with flash drives
all ports on the back of my case are fine.


so can this be a psu, mobo problem??( i checked USB connections inside of my case and they are perfectly seated)
or is this a software, windows problem?

those are my 2 assumptions

my psu is corsair vx450


p.s. i noticed my front LED(power LEDs) changing the brightness by it self. it is plugged into 5V on 4pin mole. so i thought this might be a psu prob.
but no problem use my pc except USBs
