DLP technology is fairly recent, and is said to be better than LCD's and Plasma's by a long shot.

DLP technology can easily make 50", 65", and even 70" with typical resolutions being
1920 X 1080.

Would it be a wise, as well as a worthy, decision to buy one of these HDTV's and double it as my monitor? (assuming I have the video cards to power it)

By the way, this tech. can make twice the amount of colors that LCD can (3 trillion, I think) and has much more quality because the DLP chips are spaced closer together. Basically, just the next step from LCD/Plasma, along with OLED.

last i saw, DLP was a dying off pretty quickly.
