Hello, I'm Dylan. Just to let you know (for future reference) I'm a 13 year old Canadian.
I'm looking at building my own computer. Most of the parts have been chosen but I need it validated.
If anyone could take a look at all this, it'd be fantastic.

Motherboard: The one you linked doesn't look like a very good motherboard. In fact i'm leaning towards crap. For a similar price i'd suggest an ASUS P5K.
Monitor: Looks good.
Video Card: Never buy a used videocard, ever. Actually i wouldn't recommend buying ANY used computer components. For close to that price, you can get a 9600GT. It's performs very well for $159.99 after $10 rebate.
CPU: No complaints here 
RAM: $75 is a little much IMO for 2gb of 6400 RAM. Here's 4gb for $69.99 after rebates. http://www.ncix.com/products/index [...] Technology

Hard Drive: Looks fine.
DVD Burner: Fine
PSU: Will do just fine, although i prefer a PSU with a single large Rail as opposed to multiple smaller ones.
Case: I really don't like the looks of the case you selected. And i don't mean how it looks. What i mean is it has horrible case fans, will probably be loud even with just 2 80mm fans with little to no airflow. The "airduct" will have to be removed if you plan on having a larger aftermarket HS at any point in time.
If you decide to save money on the RAM, i'd look into the Antec 900. It's pretty much got the best airflow in that price range. The Thermaltake Armor is also very nice for that.
If not, take a look at the XIONs, they may have something you'll like.

over all not bad system i think btw what os will you use xp pro or vista if vista 2 gig of ram is the least i would use personally i have friends have vista and they say its runs all right with 1 and 2 gigs of ram but its runs best with 3+ but then again just my personal thoughts
I wouldn't touch a GTS 640 atm. They're reasonably powerful cards, but you'd be much better off with a GTS 512 or a GT. Also, as Lucuis said, I hear the 9600 is a good card.
I've never heard of that monitor, so I don't know, but a solid choice in that department would be a Samsung 226BW. In fact, I'd go with a 226CW so you don't take any risks about the panel. I also hear the HP W2207 is excellent, if you don't mind the screen being glossy.
That case uses 80mm fans, and like Lucuis mentioned, they won't shift a whole lot of air and will be very whiny. The Antec 900 is a solid choice in terms of airflow, but not the quietest case. My dad uses one of these and it's virtually silent, and appears to have good airflow due to a nice, spacious design and huge fans, although if you go for that you'd be restricted to a micro ATX mobo.
Also I'd recommend an aftermarket CPU cooler - they can be a right bitch to fit after the system's put together, often necessitating complete removal of the mobo to fit a backplate (you may very well want to overclock later on, even if you don't want to now). I'm currently using a Tuniq Tower 120, which is generally considered to be a very good heatsink, and if you've got decent airflow and you choose not to overclock, you can run it with the fan off and it will still probably cool better than the stock cooler. If you don't want to spend that kind of money or you can't fit a Tuniq Tower in your case, I hear the Arctic Freezer 7 is decent.
That optical drive looks like it should be fine, but perhaps a bit pricey (I'm not too familiar with prices in USD, so it might be standard).
RAM I don't know much about. I'm currently using this, and it's OK, I hear it can be pushed up to around 950MHz, although mine is currently running at 864MHz (I'm now tightening timings 
). I do know that my mate uses this, and he has it clocked to 1200MHz @2.2V, so you couldn't go wrong with that.
