Adaptive Port Closing?

I just bought a new router a little bit ago,
Dir-825 D-link Xtreme N Gigabit Router
It has QOS system which supposedly prioritizes traffic,

I have 2 windows based computers both with gigabit ethernet adapters
I run bit Torrent on my PC, where as my wife browses the web most of the time
I am trying to find a way to "stop" the port bit torrent uses when she starts to use the computer
much like a wake on lan function, but turns it off

For example
I am downloading, using all the bandwidth,
She wants to use the internet, starts IE up, and my bt port is Cut off, untill there is, say,, a half hour with no usage from her ocmputer

This would allow her unrestricted access while still keeping bit torrent going over the long run

Any ideas?

D-link doesn't seem to have a forum that I can find for the router, so I am going to try here,,
Any suggestions would help,
