I am considering order the Seagate 1TB 32MB Sata2 $219 DirectCanada & Intel Q9450 OEM $351.52 DirectCanada..Price seem better than NCIX. They have free ground shipping for over $300 order..I would like to know if they reliable? and do u pay 6% GST tax if live outside BC ??

Thanks!

I've dealt with DirectCanada and NCIX. Yes DirectCanada has cheaper prices, normally, and free shipping over xx price...but. They're slow. Reliable though. Took over 2 weeks for my package to arrive.

However i much prefer NCIX especially their enhanced insurance/shipping thing. Free RMA with cross-shipping is a beautiful thing. Plus they're very quick in shipping out orders. I ordered some stuff during the boxing week sales, and they're black friday sales, and got the goods in about a week.

Additionally NCIX has awesome customer service. It was very easy to do the RMA when i found out one of the RAM modules i had bought was a dud.

But i guess the slightly higher price reflects they're service. So if your a patient person go for the cheaper DirectCanada, or if your not go for NCIX.
