In the on going battle of new SSD/Flash drives being quicker then traditional platter based drives, i've been keeping an eye on, and waiting, for SSD to be reasonable availible for use. Seeing this new Kanguru e-Flash Drive (http://www.kanguru.com/eflash.html) anyone have any ideas on whether this would work as a performance increase (just for **** and giggles) on say the 32GB version if you ran OS, game etc.

Looks like a USB flash stick with eSATA added, if so it'll be painfully slow and stutter on file writes.

from the Kanguru Website http://www.kanguru.com/eflash.html

Read Speed eSATA: up to 75 MB/s
Write Speed eSATA: up to 25 MB/s

So I would expect it to run at those speeds :)
