Please help me transfer old video to PC...

I have one of these on my old PC:

I want to transfer original copies of analogue video from our old Panasonic camcorder to the PC (ie. using the original small tapes, direct from the camcorder).

Somewhere in my garage should be cable for inputting the video ouput of the camcorder (as the specs seem to indicate this graphics card has video input).

Can someone advise the best way of digitising these old tapes (preferably uncompressed) ?

Can windows XP SP2 capture uncompressed e.g. via WMP 11 ?

If not, is there free / cheap software that can do this ?
