just wondering how fast any x2 6400 B.B.E. owners have gotten their chip overclocked to?

the fastest i've seen anyone claiming is 3.5

I understand that they run hot..

also what temps did you guys run at while stock 3.2?

you mean BE (black edition)?

i had mine overclocked to 3.51ghz (15x234), im sure i could get more out of it but i don't like setting vcore above 1.475, i had to up the voltage to 1.4875 for the 3.51ghz

yes they run hot, with the same heatsink my old 4400+ ran in the 20c's both idle and load, the 6400+ likes to run mid/high 20c's stock, ~35c load. overclocked to 3.45ghz it tends to sit around 35c idle, and 45c load. at 3.5ghz it believe it peaked at 51c. this was using the tuniq tower 120 (im told there are better out there)
