I have always used Hewlitt Packard to print various pages. Now when I click "Print", Windows Photo Printing Wizard pops up and runs its program, but nothing happens. The printer doesn't do anything. I need to simply copy my medications list which is stored in documents. Please help me to use HP, as I am more familiar with their format.
In Control panel, be sure the HP printer is designated as the 'default' printer.
