get on another system and download The Ultament Bot CD for Windows from UBCD4WIN.com and install it, you will need a copy of WinXP prfronce is Pro but no mater, once installed go into the directory you installed to, then the Plugins folder. From here you will see the AntiSpyware and AntiVirus folders, go into each of them and run as many of the Virus and SpyWare Get-Updates as you can, for SpyBot use the file labelled SDupdate not the Get-Updates script as it will locate and install the best and newest databases. Once you've updated all of them you will go back to the folder you installed into and start UBCD4WinBuilder.exe. It will have you Traget windows install files(AKA the XP install CD or the files that are on the CD if you have them else ware) then build the ISO(Dont Burn it just yet as having the ISO as backup is best) it will take some time so go get a drink or something(About 15minuts depending on system speed and drive speeds) once you've got the ISO built it should be around 750MB so you will have to burn it to a DVD. if you don't have a DVD then go into the Plugins Folder again and delete things not needed like the "Disk" folder that has Disk Partition and testing apps to bring down the image size to fit a CD. once you have a ISO that will work, burn it to a disk using any Burning application again I recommend ImageBurn http://www.imgburn.com/ its free and very good. Finally take the disk and use it to boot. It loads a Shell that's basically a full XP install with much better toys and tools. Having updated the Spyware and Anti-virus apps you can now scan and fix anything from outside the installation on your system. Hope that all helps, and keep the UBCD4WIN installed and updated cose its realy powerfull stuff if you or someone you know gets a bad Virus.
get the free working 30 day trial of NOD32 and run it, other than that I'll assume that it just happened, so try the simple things first, to do a restore to an earlier time, Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore, and pick a time before this started
