I'm a n00b to this board, but I visit this site quite a lot and know some basic stuff. I've searched and I've searched for a way to detatch my notebook TFT LCD display, and use it with my computer...

The notebook is an old old old Toshiba Satelite and the display is probably an 11". I don't use the notebook anymore, and it would be useful if I could use it with my other computer.

My computer has an Nvidia Personal Cinema ... VisionTek Xtasy Everything, the one with GeForce 2 MX400, 64mb. It has two standard vga connectors, and as all nvidia cards supports TwinView to the best of my knowledge. (TwinView worked fine with another 19" and my TV).

Is there anyway I can use the notebook LCD without buying expensive equip? I don't think it's worth spending a great amount of money for the LCD. This is more of a personal project, and any help would be appreciated...
