Please Help

I am having major network problems. I have a Linksys WRT54G v5 and a WRT54GS v6 router. Connected in the network are a PC wired, a Mac wired, and two wireless PC laptops. I have interchanged both routers to no avil. The problem is that the internet connection drops at least 2-3 times a day. I have a stable internet connect (tested) through Road Runner. How can I fix this, I can't go on, should I buy a new router? Any ideas please!!!!

Thanks

Well you could try flashing one of them with the DD-WRT alternative firmware (plase check compatibility listings). I also find microwaves are usually the most common cause of dropages. I have 3 routers all on different channels and even mimo super g. The microwave can still take it out. 2-3 Times a day sounds like about the time someone would eat. Nuke some soup and test it out. I also remember hearing people complain about a particular version of the WRT54G but I know the WRT54GS should work.
