Windows Crashed and Won't Reboot

First off I have both Windows Vista 32bit and Mac OS X Leopard on my PC (dual-boot, same HDD). I do have the reinstall disc for Vista. Currently I'm on my Leopard partition.

So back on Windows out of nowhere everything closes instantly and an error flashes on the screen for about two seconds. Something about unreferenced memory. Before I could do anything my computer goes into "Shutting down. . ." mode. It is now impossible to start my computer up from Windows.

I was previously attempting to install SP1 and it kept failing. First boot after the failed installation and I notice the WindowsInstaller process hogging 120K of my memory. Since I killed it in the past I thought it would be fine to do it again now (not thinking that I had just tried to install SP1). I'll have to conclude that that's the reason why all this happened, because a few minutes or so after (maybe a lot longer I don't know) my system shut down.

So after booting up the Vista installation disc a few times (and wishing I'd known some commands to repair my computer) I booted into Leopard which is where I am now. I looked into my HDD with Leopard (I can edit files from here too if that's needed) and checked the files most recently modified. I uploaded some log files and hopefully they can be used to identify the problem.

I guess I would need to know some commands to run from the prompt in the installation disc to fix my computer.
