Been getting BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER error.

This error happens randomly around once to three times a day.
I understand that this error can relate to memory so I tested my memory with Memtest v2+ and got errors so I returned the memory and got 2x2gb OCZ 1066mhz Reaper Edition.

Tested my OCZ 1066mhz memory in Memtest for over six hours and not a single error running the memory at 1066mhz. but started to get the BSOD BAD_POOL_CALLER error again!

So far I have got two different BAD_POOL_CALLER errors.

BAD_POOL_CALLER

STOP: 0X000000C2 (0X00000007, 0X00000CD4, 0X02060099, 0X87A5D4D0)

My system:

Q6600 @ 3.0ghz ( FSB 333 / Multiplier 9 )
Asus P5Q Pro motherboard ( Bios 0703 )
ATI HD 2600 Pro ( Fan Speed @65 )
