I used to sync my data at office only before leaving the job. After a
long time without power, I lost all the data on my Pocket PC.
Unfortunately, I didn't set up the activesync at home to get my data
back. Before leaving the job, I've backup'd Outlook.pst and
archive.pst. I've copied the files to the right location on my HD at
home hoping to sync back my old data. To my dismay, it doesn't have any
data. So where is the data stored? Is it possible to get my data back?
What I need is the notes, Contacts, and calendar.

Thanks for any suggestions,

cpliu

The data is gone from your PDA. If your backup PSTs don't contain your data,
then you are screwed (double-check that you're looking at the PST files you
think you are by opening them in Outlook via File->Open->Personal Folders
File). Otherwise, get in touch with the IT people at your old job, if your
data is still on their servers and they're nice people, you might get lucky.
