Something's wrong with my display :\

I have no idea what's going on. I just plugged in my new tablet and I saw this. Well... more of not saw anything.

So I poked around in Display Properties but couldn't find anything useful.

Its like the text boxes are too small for the fonts. Or the fonts are too big. I hope you guys can help me. i can't calibrate my tablet so yeah. Any idea what's wrong?

The system/software fonts were removed from OS. Could be you or some tune-up software. I've given up on trimming my fonts.

start, run, "sfc /scannow" w/o quotes, you need the windows disk.
