I cant seem to open or access my Dial up Icon in order to connect to the internet everytime I double click it.. it just wont open I tried scanning for viruses and spywares and I updated them and after restarting non seems to work the problem still there.

Please help the internet is the only thing I get in touch with my working relatives abroad thnx im using windows xp professional version 2002 service pack 2 oh and one more thing is it safe to remove the Client Service Netware and if I do remove them would I risk losing somethings in my machine I mean like my Internet connections I dunno these stuffs it just im curious I bought this machine in a Computer Rental Cafe Shop maybe the owner forgot to uninstall them that what I think?
