I have a new laptop, it is a dell latitude c640, but i have problem.
One of the pre-installed programs gave me a problem, Dell AcessDirect, you see, the problem is, when you change the icons & toolbar size to very large, you can still change the icon size but the toolbar or taskba icons stay the same size.
HELP! :cry:

right click start goto properties|start menu customize and at the bottom of the list there is a checkbox for use large icons.
Something else you may find useful on a laptop is clear type.
It makes reading on a LCD screen much easier.
To turn on ClearType
Click to open Appearance Settings.

Click Effects.

In the Effects dialog box, select Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts.

Click ClearType in the list, and then click OK.

Note
Whether you select Standard or ClearType from the list, you must have a video card and monitor that support a color setting of at least 256 colors. You'll get the best results with High color (24-bit) or Highest color (32-bit) support. You can change color quality in Display Settings in Control Panel.
