>>> Due to the recent video on the PC Gaming Slump I wanted to see if there was a alternative to the serial key. As any computer geek know the serial key is a joke and was outdated years ago. Can we come up with an idea that would be better was just wondering because if a solution isn't found, gaming on the PC is all but extinct. Please if you have an idea post. A solution is desperately needed. I relly don't want to resort to a console to play games.

yes steam is an awsome source and pushing the market in that direction seems to be unstoppable but i've heard of many ways around that too?

I do like the direction Steam has went with online activation of games.

If that's what it takes to reduce the piracy of games, and increase the number of release titles on the PC... I'm all for it.

Oh, i get it. It's based in france and doesn't want to deal with international affairs like copyright laws.
