Can someone help me out? There is a lot of icons in this simple menu. When I reinstalled Windows a few months ago, there was virturally nothing that was on that list. Obviously, I've installed a lot of software since then, and tons of stuff bogs down this manu. Especially that worthless "Copy to Creative ZEN Vision:M" menu. Does anyone know a way to remove all this crap? Thanks.

Register or log in to remove.

Usually, all that is required is to remove the appropriate key under the shellex\ContextMenuHandlers key in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT for file type "*".

If you don't feel comfortable with editing the registry, you can see if you can change the settings in the folder options. Open "My Computer" got to Tools - Folder Options - File Types. Find the program and see if you can disable things from there.

Good luck.
