I have used a Logitech Trackball Mouse for years. I just got a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 for christmas.

When I tried to install the software I encountered a conflict between the Microsoft keyboard software and the Logitech Software.

Does any one know if there is a fix, patch or upgrade that will solve this conflict or am I SOL?

Thanks for any help any one can give me.

well why don't you try removing both softwares and installin the MS one first and then the logitech one. sometimes it may work. I hope you are updating windows regulary .otherwise update your windows and see

Hmmm, I guess I never thought of installing them in a different order. I have microsoft Live Update enabled so it usually just updates itself when it needs to.

Others have told me that Microsoft likes to design software not to work with other brands on purpose. Dont know it thats true or not but I'll try your advice and see what happens.

Thanks for your input.
