Hi
Has anyone know of a good website that i could store my files on. I
want this because i have a friend in america and i want to send her
pics, files etc., I would appreciate it if you could inform me of where
i can get a place like this and if possible could you give a short
description on how to upload these files and how to find the web
address to e-mail to her so that she can download the files that i

ww.rapidshare.de

Update for Windows XP (KB900930)
Typical download size: 556 KB, 1 minute
This update addresses an issue in which messages are improperly
handled if the subject line contains the word "begin".

Does your hotmail account come with web storage? Or your ISP account? Most
ISP accounts do, use that. There should be instructions on your ISPs website
and they will have support you can use as a customer- ask them.

Here's a link to a photo storage site, 'though it doesn't address the
issue of file storage. It gives free space up to 5M, as long as photo's
are reduced in size to 250k or less. For a price most ISP's allocate
personal webpage space that could be used. Each site has its own d/l u/l
protocols, so may be too difficult to give generic instructs. Why don't
you just send files via email attachments, and either zip or reduce file
sizes accordingly if too big??

Delete the files after they've been picked up, don't leave them there.

Use www.dropload.com. It doesn't need any instructions, you can't go wrong.

GMail comes with about 2GB of file storage. Just put the email with
attachment in your drafts folder, and give your friend the username &
password as well, so you can both use the folder.
