G'day,

When I download files from firefox, they are automatically placed in my C:\Downloads\ folder. Since I am logged in as an Administrator the file permissions applied to the recently downloaded files are for the administrator only.

This creates a problem when the downloads folder is shared as downloaded files saved in this folder can not be viewed by guests.

My question is, how do I make windows reapply the security to this file automatically to allow guests/users etc to view/copy these files?

The image above shows (on the left) a file that is in the downloads folder by default. The other properties dialogue (on the right) shows a file that has recently been placed in the downloads folder by firefox.

Thanks for the help!
