Just read an interesting article that is suggesting that M$ should scrap Vista sooner rather than later!?

Anyone got any thoughts on this one?

Personally I've been using Vista since the week it came out and would never go back to XP.

Vista utalizes the system RAM MUCH more efficiently. I find my 4GB Readyboost drive provides noticable performance enhancements over 'Readyboostless' 'Superfetchless' XP in everyday use. This artlcle is old, but explains what's going on in VISTA that XP does not do.

With Ultimate and Business editions, install an XP Virtual machine within VISTA to run any XP application on that OS you might need to:

My main machine has VISTA 32 installed on a 150GB Raptor and XP Pro installed on a 74GB Raptor. I dual boot into either OS most days. My VISTA OS is the better performing system in EVERYTHING. I do not game at all though. I built and maintain a dozen computers we use in business. Those are mainly still XP. I find my VISTA machines much more enjoyable and performance capable overall.
