I have a Kodak Easy Share camera with a USB connection, not firewire. Is there any way to capture video into Pinnacle Studio 9? Pinnacle does not recognize the connection and I'm not seeing a way to import video downloaded to a computer or on a SD card. Step by step help would be appreciated.

You should have gotten a program with the camera that allows you to capture video. If you can capture in a format that Pinnacle recognizes, you should be able to use Pinnacle to edit it. Been years since I used Studio 9 but it will probably read avi or mpg 2 but the program should tell you what formats it reads. I believe Pinnacle makes a capture device that uses USB connections but you should be able to capture using the software that came with the camera
