This is what I am getting from a node on my network. This node is attached to a AP with WDS working as a bridge to the gateway where another AP with WDS is setup. I am obviously pining my gateway. It just keeps doing this and its making it impossible to surf the web or view the network.

Anyone have any ideas of whats going on?

To anyone that may post to this. Do you think it could be a heat issue with the AP that I was going through to connect to the gateway AP? It seems pretty hot or hotter then usual. I have now changed out the AP with the gateways AP and it seems to be working alot better. Still a bit lagged at times but tons better. I tried changing out with another AP at another network segment at first to check if it was the AP but that one did the same.

It looks to me like it may be a problem with interference. Try running the wireless on another channel.

Have you tried changing out the cables connecting the ap the rest of the network?

No i have not done that. All the cables are pretty much fine though. It basically comes and goes. It works for months fine and then for a week or so it gets like this. its very strange although I may try to change the channels around though.
