I have been trying to utilize the combination VPN Client and Terminal
Services client omn my PPC 2003 (Phone Edition), but even though each one
works on its own, when I have a situation where I need to VPN in to a client
network first, then initialize the Terminal Services Client, as soon as the
Terminal Services starts, the VPN disconnects. My understanding is that this
should work. Does anyone have any experience with this situation???

Thanks,

Ron

I have done that through a PPTP VPN tunnel to my home LAN and an XP Pro
desktop running Remote Desktop and through a SSH tunnel to the same desktop.
It worked for me... The VPN session should *NOT* disconnect when the TSC
session starts. If it does that then that defeats the purpose of running TSC
through the VPN or SSH tunnel...:-)

The VPN session may disconnect if TSC tries to connect to a Terminal
Server/Remote Desktop session using a dotted address, ie. 192.168.100.5 for
example. If you use a dotted address add it to the "Exceptions" list...
