I believe it is dead. In my life its useless these days. It once was
nice, but compared to my ibook and Zire 72 it cant stand its own ground.
I only keep it around for some apps and documents that cant be
transfered to the Mac. OSX is better at opening PC disks and files, but
still not as good as a real PC.

Those that use a HPC how do you use it? Maybe I can give my Jornada 720
more life. I dont want to get rid of it and I want to use it again, but
its quite lacking compared to my ibook and Zire. I'd hate to see such a
valuable machine that was essential to my school work during the fall
01-Spring 02 year go to waste. It also was essential this last year,
but ibook and tiny laptops exist, that did not in 2001. With the advent
of ibooks, and tiny sony PC's, I believe the industry has finally dug
the HPC's grave.

Know the 200LX wont die, because it runs DOS and in many ways superior
to a modern PDA. I predict that it will live longer than the HPC.
Already on ebay I see 200LX's holding their value longer than many
HPC's.
