OK im building a new comp and want to know if Home Premium 64-bit is worth it or even Vista in general is worth it. Here is my setup below. Main things ill be doing is web/email, some games (Sims 2 HAS to work for my gf) and newer games when they come out

E6600 overclocked to about 3ghz
MSI P6N SLI-FI mobo
2 gb OCZ revision 2 800 DDR2
2x Raptor X in Raid 0
eVGA 8800gtx
700w OCZ gamexstream
Samsung 226bw s panel

Let me know what you guys think i should do
newegg has oem 32 bit for 89 and oem 64 for like 120

Yes it worth it, i have myself on Vista X64 at the begening i had only 1Gb ram it was okay but not spectacular, i ordered 2 more GB to get 3GB and all i have to say is WOW WOW WOW. Faster then XP and lots lots lots lots more secure then XP or any 32bit OS i would say it almost secure as Linux is. Windows Defender is updated frequently and the 64bit make it harder for hacker to hack it. I have tested myself to install the more spyware, virus in it ( surfed on porn and shit to get the more ) and i installed them and nothing happen, then i runned windows defender and it removed it, Also you can configure your security, honestly i dont use the firewall and windows defender real time protection because at the base is secure. But again 2GB and more would be good for Vista x64, less then that dont expect gaming with it.
